About the role: Communicate and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, external referral sources, consumers, and carers to promote consumer focus and involvement that meets the National Standards for Mental Health Services. Provide a clinical service to consumers, families, and carers and the wider community using evidence-based practice, to ensure a high standard of mental health care. Work flexibly, collaboratively, efficiently, and effectively within the team and with consumers, carers, and other stakeholders to promote consumer recovery. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care for consumers in accordance with professional standards and best practices. Undertake independent practice within the service's professional guidelines. Demonstrate a personal commitment to professional development and quality improvement within the integrated mental health service. About you: Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:
Occupational Therapy Social Work While not mandatory, appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act 2016 is highly desirable.
What we offer: Total remuneration value of up to $132,567 p.a. is comprised of:
