About This Role
Your new role:
In this role, you will provide high-quality allied health services within a multidisciplinary tele-triage team, supporting patients through assessment, intervention and care coordination.
* Deliver evidence-based assessment, intervention and management via MH CALL
* Manage a clinical caseload, ensuring timely documentation and service reporting
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consumers and external stakeholders
* Contribute to service improvement, research and clinical education initiatives
About You
You are a motivated allied health professional who is passionate about mental health and delivering person-centred care in a collaborative environment.
* Qualified Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with relevant registration/eligibility
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention and evidence-based practice
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centred approach
* Commitment to ongoing learning, quality improvement and professional development
