Enterprise Account Associate Role
Hobart TAS, Australia. We are looking for an experienced professional to support established customer accounts by nurturing relationships, assisting with renewals and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
This individual contributor role involves owning the strategic management of assigned customer accounts, developing long-term account strategies and plans that address client needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Manage assigned customer accounts to achieve retention and growth objectives.
* Develop and execute account plans that align with client needs and drive continuous growth.
* Nurture key stakeholder relationships through regular business reviews and value-add engagements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise account management, with excellent commercial acumen and written/verbal communication skills.
