About The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will gain exposure to our world-class Store Management team & Beauty Brands. Your responsibilities include driving L'Occitane's counter performance, leading by example, and coaching the team to ensure a 5-star service, supporting their growth.
As a Part-Time L'Occitane Counter Manager, you will:
* Act as a Brand Ambassador, inspiring your team to provide exceptional, personalized customer service
* Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
* Work collaboratively to meet KPIs and sales targets
* Ensure visual merchandising standards adhere to guidelines
* Monitor inventory and stock management
* Comply with company policies and procedures
* Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
* Support the Sales Manager in coaching and onboarding new employees
* Share your passion for beauty and inspire clients with product knowledge
Work 15 hours per week, Thursday to Saturday, 12 pm to 5 pm.
About You
* Qualified Beauty Therapists or Makeup Artists (Diploma or Certificate)
* Management experience in beauty or retail
* Flexible to work retail hours, including late nights and weekends
* Exceptional service, sales, and communication skills
* Ability to coach and give constructive feedback
* Motivated, adaptable, and proactive
* Professional demeanor with high emotional intelligence
