Administrative Assistant And PA Role
The role involves providing administrative support to the Centre Manager, including tasks such as clearing emails, production orders, invoicing, stocktake, filing, inductions, and preparing for meetings.
This includes managing day-to-day operations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience as an administrative assistant or PA
* High level written and verbal communication skills
* High level computer skills including MS office applications
* Friendly and professional manner
* Attention to detail and respect for processes and systems
* Ability to use time efficiently and effectively
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and problem solve
