As our organisation continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable and capable Administration Officer.
About the Role
This is a casual administration role hours per week) with the potential for extension based on operational needs.
You will provide administrative support across payroll, rostering, on calls from staff and clients, and general office operations. This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Rostering Support
* Process timesheets and accurately enter data into payroll systems
* Provide administrative support to Payroll Advisors, Rostering Officers, and management
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and document preparation
Office Administration
* Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors
* Manage shared inboxes, filing systems, archiving, and document control
* Coordinate mail, stationery, office equipment, and supply orders
* Support meetings, appointments, and presentations
Housing & Property Administration (Desirable)
* Assist with key management for residents and trades
* Support rentals and property inboxes
* Assist with coordinating Pool and Yard maintenance regularly across homes
* Assist with bond processing, notices, and data logging
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Proven experience as an Administration Officer or similar role
* Minimum 1years experience in administration or office support
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
* Experience in the NDIS, disability, or aged care sector
* Experience with Shiftcare
* Basic finance or invoicing experience
* Interest or experience in marketing or social media support
