About the role :
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be
given the training and skills required to eventually transition into a Customer Service Management role with Drakes.
Successful applicants will be trained in areas such as people management, generating rosters, completing orders, stocktaking + much more
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate :
POS knowledge is preferred, but not essential
Ability and openness to learn new skills
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very 'hands on' approach
Unparalleled commitment to customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both team members and management
A flair for merchandising
Commitment to work health and safety standard
