About the Role
The Project Administrator is a key position within our team, responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating project meetings and events
* Preparing reports and tracking decisions and actions
* Managing access to various systems and tools
* Supporting the onsite EHS Manager with administration
* Coordinating health monitoring tests and on-boarding experience for new employees
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A Certificate IV in Business Administration is highly desirable.
