About the Role We are looking for an Occupational Therapist that will play the key role in managing the Allied Health Network in Pakenham, Melbourne's East In this role, You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of effective, safe, efficient, and innovative clinical services, and work with the rest of the team to conduct workforce planning and recruitment. The role will involve promoting learning, growth, and development across the department. You will also accomplish department goals and develop policy and procedures related to Occupational Therapy services, whilst preserving and promoting the existing exceptional culture in the department. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the professional, safe, efficient, and innovative delivery of Occupational Therapy clinical services Participating in organisational strategic planning days held quarterly. Develop and implement department goals and manage change effectively. Workforce planning and recruitment for the Occupational Therapy team. Supervision and guidance for Occupational Therapy Team Involvement in quality improvement projects for the OT department/organisation as requested. Problem-solving and responding to client complaints with support from the Client. Liaison and Feedback Officer and Head of Adult Clinical Services when required Assisting with OT marketing and promotion activities, as relevant. Assistance with documentation relating to the practice and its services.
