They are seeking an exceptional talent to join their team and work on impactful projects.
Position:
* Lead structural engineering projects with a focus on steel and concrete, contributing to the development of iconic structures.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, harnessing their potential and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
* Play a pivotal role in the innovative design and structural analysis of architecturally-driven buildings, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will be / possess:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in structural engineering or a related field, from a recognized institution.
* 8 - 12 years of proven experience in structural engineering.
* Proven track record working with steel, reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete in multi-level buildings, education, commercial and healthcare projects.
* Obtained or working towards CPEng status preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis, showcasing the ability to solve complex engineering challenges with precision and creativity.
* Advanced knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools such as ETABS, SpaceGass, RAM Concept, RAPT, Strand 7 and Inducta software.
* A track record of successfully mentoring and developing junior engineers.
* Effective communication skills, empowering you to collaborate with cross-discipline teams, clients and stakeholders effectively.
