We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting individuals with injury or illness recover and return to work and life. They will conduct assessments and case management services, support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment, and interact with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
* Assist injured persons in their recovery and return to work and life.
* Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios.
* Support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge.
* Interact with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements
* Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist (with relevant professional membership).
* Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation.
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach.
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
