**The Role**
The Supply Chain Manager manages all aspects of the supply chain including planning, scheduling production, sourcing and purchasing raw materials, imports and warehousing/distribution. Key duties will include:
- Lead a team of approximately 10 people across supply chain.
- Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance and improve performance against set metrics.
- Manage the relationship between Sales and Supply Chain ensuring the sales team are aware of accurate product availability and forecasts.
- Oversee management of strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting and evaluation of services.
**The Requirements**
- Extensive Supply Chain leadership experience ideally from the FMCG industry.
- Highly engaging and motivational leadership style.
- Advanced SAP experience.
- Previous experience working for a global business.
