Job Title: Store Operations Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in store management. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
You will also conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock losses and optimize product availability.
In addition, you will develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in store management
* Possession of a Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (preferred)
* Australia work authorization (preferred)
