I'm working with a leading real estate business to find an experienced Senior Property Manager for a temporary assignment based in Perth's Inner West. With dedicated support from leasing and inspection teams, you'll be able to hit the ground running and make a real impact without being overwhelmed. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a tidy residential portfolio using industry-leading software Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance, arrears, and general enquiries Coordinating trades for repairs and maintenance Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews and compliance Preparing for and attending hearings if needed Using streamlined systems to ensure minimal manual admin What’s on Offer Temporary assignment with competitive hourly rate Monday to Friday only – no weekend work Supportive and well-resourced team with handover provided Reputable, national brand with best-in-class systems and processes Inner West location with parking and public transport access About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management Strong working knowledge of WA legislation Proficient with property management software (e.g. PropertyMe, REST, or similar) Certificate of Registration (or Certificate IV in Real Estate) Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence Why Temp?
