Financial Support Specialist
This role plays a crucial part in supporting efficient client onboarding and offboarding processes. Key responsibilities include providing guidance to customers on engaging with finance teams, managing monthly invoicing, overseeing agreement and cash-on-delivery (COD) invoicing cycles.
* Client Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist clients with account setup; establish direct debit payment methods where required.
* Invoicing & Finance Administration: Conduct mid-month agreement invoicing; manage COD invoices; enter supplier bills into financial systems.
* Process Documentation: Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs); collaborate with the team to document core business operations.
