BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing amazing customer service
Creating the perfect cup of coffee
Preparing and serving quality food and drinks according to Zarraffa's brand standards
Cleaning and performing other duties as directed
FOOD PREP RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing high-quality food according to Zarraffa's brand standards
Ensuring all products are clearly labelled for food compliance and follow correct product rotation
Maintaining a clean and organised food preparation area by washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and disposing of rubbish
Stocking and restocking ingredients as needed
Ensuring food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety Standards
Complying with all required Food Standards
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing support and guidance to the team
Maintaining product and service quality
Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
