About the role
Receptionist (70-80%): General reception duties including answering phones, directing queries, printing, collation and distribution of weekly materials; maintain a bubbly, welcoming personality and a can-do attitude; assist with day-to-day operations of the Centre; manage office supplies; filing & scanning; maintain a clean and tidy office space/environment.
Lunch Cover (20-30%): Covering a couple of lunch breaks while other Educators are on breaks; ad-hoc time on the floor to support ratio as required.

About you
Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved) – desirable
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
High level computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent time management and scheduling skills
Demonstrated active listening, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of the National Quality Framework including National Regulations, NQS, EYLF
