About the Role:
* Attend a mix of real estate and private residential plumbing jobs
* Diagnose issues on-site and clearly explain solutions to clients
* Provide accurate quotes and sell additional services where appropriate
* Carry out repairs including blocked drains, tap leaks, roof leaks, hot water faults, and gas appliance servicing
* Use ServiceM8 to manage jobs and record details efficiently
* Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, homeowners and other team members
What we are looking for:
Extensive experience in:
* Roofing installations/repairs
* Gas appliance repairs and servicing
* Heating and cooling installation, repairs and servicing
* Leak detection reports and diagnostics
* Evaporative cooler repairs & servicing
What You'll Need:
* Registered Plumber (Cert III Plumbing)
* Proven experience in residential maintenance plumbing (5 Years preferred)
* Valid Manual driver's licence & White Card
* Strong experience with real estate/property maintenance work
* Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards and safety requirements
* Ability to quote confidently and clearly explain work to clients
* Great communication, time management, and customer service skills
* A proactive attitude and pride in your workmanship
