Job Description
The role of Business Services Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for the provision of strategic and operational business services with a focus on human resources and administrative management. This includes financial management, contract management, facility and asset management, and corporate support.
This position will be responsible for supervising and leading an administrative team who have responsibility for payroll and rostering, financial processing and general administration. The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in generalist human resources functions, including employee relations, workforce development, recruitment, payroll, Work Cover and file management.
