Working with the Marketplace Manager they will coordinate the industry program (both online and in person) and work collaboratively with the Artist & Venues team to deliver key projects that drive touring outcomes, industry collaborations and foster new sector relationships to support the vision of empowering artists, venues and programmers to flourish in the creative industries locally, nationally and globally. Projects include the coordination and delivery of the Honey Pot delegate program, My Honey Pot applications, Industry research and outreach, guest coordination, arts industry collaborations, tour ready award recipients and stakeholders, Visas for industry and artists, CRM transition, outcomes tracking, grant writing and artist and venues registration support.This role will bridge collaborations between industry and artists and assist in the facilitation of connections across the fringe year and see greater stakeholder engagement that sees new works participating in Fringe and greater onward programming and opportunities for artists and companies.The position requires strong industry knowledge and previous experience in arts and festival environments. A public facing role needing a confident and proactive approach to building new relationships, coordinating hundreds of stakeholders and driving connections and outcomes within the marketplace with the Marketplace Manager.About Honey PotThe marketplace program, Honey Pot, is instrumental in providing registered artists with opportunities for programming, new commissions, collaborations, professional development and networking. It does this by hosting over 400 leading programmers and presenters from around Australia and the world, to see shows, meet artists, participate in key networking events, and navigate the program for the most unique and progressive contemporary work to present for a future season. Delegates take part either virtually or physically – we tailor their experience depending on how they opt in.About Artists & VenuesThe Artist & Venue team liaise with and provide support to Adelaide Fringe registered Artists and Venues. This includes facilitating Artist and Venue registrations, planning and delivering professional development and information sessions for Artists and Venues, planning and producing artist and venue resources and events, managing artist and venue communications, managing the Fringe Fund grants program, producing the Adelaide Fringe Guide and facilitating the Awards Program along with a host of other programs and opportunities to strengthen the Adelaide Fringe experience for artists and venues.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESArts Industry CollaborationsTour Ready Award Recipients and StakeholdersVisas for Artists & IndustryAVR Delivery & My Honey PotGuest CoordinationShow SuggestionsMarketplace CommunicationsIndustry & Participant ProgramCRM TransitionOutcome TrackingArtist & Venue Registration & Communications SupportESSENTIAL CRITERIADemonstrated experience working in the creative arts industry with programmers, decision makers, festivals and venues nationally and internationally.Knowledge and understanding of touring networks and circuits and how they operate.Good knowledge of Adelaide Fringe – who we are and what we do.
