About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative and hands-on Video & Social Media Content Producer to help bring Man of Many's stories to life.
In this role, you'll be shooting, editing, and producing daily content for Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, TikTok, and other social platforms. You'll help shape ideas for new video series, support larger long-form productions, and oversee the day-to-day execution of our social publishing strategy.
You'll report to our Head of Social Media & Production to create engaging, high-quality, audience-first content that feels fresh, premium, and distinctly Man of Many.
What You'll Do
* Shoot and edit high-quality video content for social platforms, YouTube and podcasts.
* Develop new short-form and long-form concepts, recurring formats, and video series.
* Produce, publish, and schedule content across social channels.
* Monitor analytics to refine ideas and optimise performance.
* Collaborate with editorial and branded content teams to create engaging cross-platform storytelling.
* Assist with larger video productions and branded shoots as required.
* Manage freelance editors and ensure deadlines, quality, and brand alignment are met.
* Maintain consistency across visual style, tone, and creative output.
What We're Looking For
* 2–5 years' experience in video production or social-first content creation.
* Strong skills in shooting, editing, audio, and lighting set-ups.
* Proficient with video editing tools and software.
* Deep understanding of what performs and why across Reels, Shorts, TikTok and YouTube formats.
* Confident working on set, directing, and troubleshooting gear.
* Passionate about culture, creativity, and modern digital storytelling.
* A proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, ideas-driven environment.
