What You'll Be Doing
The Surgical Booking Clerk updates the elective surgery waitlist in line with the Ministry of Health Waiting Time and Elective Surgery Policy.

Selection Criteria
1. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills necessary to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a diverse range of health professionals and stakeholders.
2. Demonstrated comprehensive and proven accurate data entry skills with experience in Microsoft Office Applications, databases and ICT infrastructure.
3. Demonstrated high-level organisational skills, exercising confidentiality and sensitivity, with the ability to exercise initiative and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
4. Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain.
5. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires, which may involve driving long distances.
