Job Description
Drive digital excellence on construction projects by leading the management and federation of consultant and subcontractor digital models.
* Coordinate design models (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D) to support buildability and meet contractual requirements.
* Oversee model audits and compliance with project standards.
* Ensure clash detection and resolution processes across disciplines for accurate information.
* Support teams in converting models into construction-ready outputs, such as 4D sequencing, quantity take-offs.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years' experience in Digital Engineering / BIM, strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and model coordination tools. They also have experience with APIs and data extraction from construction tech platforms.
