Are you passionate about design and delivering exceptional client experiences? Gallery Group is seeking a Bespoke Colour Consultant to guide our clients through the full colour selection journey, ensuring every home reflects a personalised and beautifully curated design vision.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead clients through premium and bespoke selections, coordinate supplier appointments, and ensure all documentation is accurate, detailed, and aligned with contractual inclusions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong design intuition, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to high-end service delivery.
What You'll Do
Manage the Colour Selection Process
* Maintain and update all colour selection documents.
* Ensure contractual inclusions are accurately captured.
Coordinate Client Appointments
* Schedule and attend core supplier appointments.
* Organise additional sessions for premium or bespoke builds.
Liaise With Suppliers and Internal Teams
* Record all client selections and submit Variation Documents.
* Complete all internal and external colour and material selections.
* Prepare clear, accurate marked-up plans and facade colour mark-ups.
Source Non-Standard Products
* Research and source specialty or custom materials.
* Liaise with boutique suppliers for pricing, samples, and lead times.
* Ensure all custom selections are documented and compatible with build requirements.
What We're Looking For
* Strong interior design knowledge and an eye for detail
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple appointments and design requirements simultaneously
* Experience working with residential building selections (highly regarded)
* Strong organisational and documentation skills
