About You
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent facilities management qualifications and/or experience with a minimum 7 years' relevant experience in building management and FM service delivery, planning, prioritisation, budgeting, and financial management are essential.
A highly developed leadership style is required, along with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
Candidates must be able to provide high-quality customer service, negotiate effectively, and exercise initiative to develop solutions.
Experience in the tertiary education sector, major hospital, health system, or public infrastructure sectors is desirable.
