Director, Commercial Advisory & Transactions

We are partnering with a high-growth advisory platform that has recently secured a number of major project wins, resulting in a strong and expanding pipeline across infrastructure and real assets.
As part of this growth, the team is looking to appoint an Director to play a key role in the delivery of complex, high-profile engagements across social infrastructure, transport, energy and broader major projects.
The Role
As an Director, you will work closely with senior leadership on the delivery of end-to-end advisory mandates, supporting clients from early-stage strategy and business case development through to procurement and transaction execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering strategic, financial and commercial advice across major infrastructure and real asset projects
* Supporting business case development, financial modelling and transaction processes
* Managing key workstreams and contributing to overall project delivery
* Preparing high-quality client outputs including reports, presentations and financial analysis
* Building relationships with clients and supporting ongoing engagement delivery
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members
About You
You will likely have 6–10 years’ experience within an advisory, banking or infrastructure environment, with exposure to complex projects or transactions.
Typical backgrounds include:
* Big 4 or consulting (infrastructure, deals, or advisory)
* Investment banking or project finance
* Infrastructure or real assets funds
* Engineering or commercial advisory within major projects
You will also demonstrate:
* Experience across infrastructure, PPPs, major projects, real estate or energy
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
