About the role
Pendergast Northwest Freight Services is seeking an experienced HC Truck Driver to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. As a full-time HC Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of freight across the region.
Tamworth to Sydney return 10:30am departure time 4pm in Sydney unload reload back in Tamworth around 10;30pm 11pm u can set Ur own pace u don't have to talk to anyone just come in and go get paid for what you do
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week.

What you'll be doing
1. Operate heavy combination (HC) vehicles, including semi-trailers and B-doubles, to transport freight to various locations
2. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and maintained to a high standard
3. Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations, including compliance with fatigue management and load restraint requirements
4. Provide excellent customer service by delivering freight on time and in excellent condition
5. Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required
6. Maintain accurate logbooks and other required documentation
What we're looking for
1. A current Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence
2. Minimum 2 years' experience operating HC vehicles, ideally in a freight or logistics environment
3. Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safety practices
4. Excellent driving skills and the ability to navigate efficiently
5. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
