Job Summary
Exciting opportunity to join the ConocoPhillips M&R team as M&R Planner – Major Maintenance (Inlec).
Position Overview
As a member of the ConocoPhillips (COP) Australia Pacific LNG Downstream (DS) Maintenance & Reliability team, this position contributes to the development of a learning organisation which embraces a commitment to operational excellence through continuous improvement while achieving zero injuries or incidents and ensuring compliance to our standards and processes.
Reporting to the M&R Major Maintenance Lead, the Major Maintenance Planner enables efficient and effective major maintenance event delivery through the end-to-end preparation of assigned preventive and corrective maintenance work orders and workpacks as well as supporting event execution through managing emergent work and completion processes.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Performs on-site diagnosis and scoping of notifications for major maintenance scopes engaging with the Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Specialists, Maintenance Technicians, Production Teams external specialist contractors as required.
* Performs scope of work development that is clear, concise, and meets all requirements of effective maintenance work instructions including acceptable limits, required quality standards or maintenance procedures.
* Performs identification of all materials, special tools, specialist services and ensuring these are fully captured within the work order ensuring work can be executed with minimal delays.
* Performs NORMS data development to increase consistency of planning.
* Performs SAP-PM CMMS updates to PM task lists, BOMs and work instruction PRTs based on maintenance execution crew feedback.
* Performs maintenance service and material purchase requisitions.
* Performs planning and work preparation for event emergent work.
* Prepare maintenance work packages.
* Group work to drive efficiency within event execution.
* Coordinate with other Functional Planners e.g., MPMS, FM etc. to integrate and align scopes of work to drive efficiency through shared use of resources, minimize equipment downtime, minimize equipment isolation requirements and avoiding scope / resource conflicts.
* Follow-up with Materials Management in the sourcing, procurement, expediting, and receiving of material delivery for work order readiness confirmation.
You will bring to the role
* Cultural alignment with ConocoPhillips' SPIRIT Values.
* Electrical Licence with 5+ years of experience.
* Strong industrial equipment and machinery maintenance knowledge.
* Prior experience in major maintenance planning including:
* Workpack development;
* Event activity sequencing;
* Event preparation phases and readiness assurance; and
* Late Scope, Emergent Work and Completions processes.
* A minimum 5 years of experience in actual maintenance planning in Oil & Gas or related industry.
* Sound knowledge and experience in the Maintenance/Operational Risk Management.
* Ability to encourage innovative thinking and continuous improvement.
* Working level competency with P6 Primavera scheduling tool.
Preferred
* Event scheduling
* Multi-discipline trade experience in Mechanical and Electrical/Instrumentation.
* Familiarity with Reporting and Analytic tools
