We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Identity Manager / ISAM Technical Lead for a 3 months contract.
Qualifications:
* 8 -12+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM).
* Strong hands-on experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer in IBM Security platforms.
* Experience supporting business-critical banking or financial services applications.
Must Haves Experiences:
* IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).
* IBM Security Federated Identity Manager.
* IBM Security Directory Server & DB2.
* IBM Security Directory Integrator.
* WebSphere Application Server.
* Strong understanding of LDAP, IDAM & Federation concepts.
* Experience with AWS Cloud (2.0 concepts).
Preferred:
* Experience with Postman / SoapUI.
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
* Experience working in regulated environments (Banking / Financial Services).
Role & Responsibilities:
* Act as Technical Lead for ISAM production support and development within the Identity space.
* Own and maintain multiple ISAM environments supporting business-critical banking applications.
* Triage system, configuration, and application issues and perform advanced troubleshooting.
* Support system administrators and project teams to meet delivery objectives.
* Ensure system availability and compliance with SLAs.
* Gather requirements, implement environment changes, and resolve environment issues.
* Analyse existing environments and recommend improvements for efficiency and consolidation.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support team members.
* Provide after-hours and weekend support when required for project testing and deadlines.
