Senior Development Manager
We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the execution of large-scale property development projects. This role will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of residential land development and infrastructure projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
About the Role
* Deliver residential land development and civil construction projects from initiation to completion
* Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance
* Prepare and review project plans, budgets and schedules to drive successful outcomes
* Lead and motivate stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
* Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations and contract requirements
* Conduct regular site inspections and provide accurate financial and progress reporting
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
