OverviewWe're on the lookout for a skilled Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, or Designer to help with a range of exciting residential projects.
Most of the work involves documenting smaller jobs, so attention to detail and solid experience are a must.This is a flexible, remote contract position with an hourly rate.
We expect between 15–35 hours per week, depending on workload and the time of year.
Ideally, we're after someone who can start right away.
If the workload is there, the position can become a full-time role.Bonus points: While the role is remote, occasional site visits may be needed, so we'd love to hear from people based in Melbourne's eastern or south-eastern suburbs.
(but not critical)ResponsibilitiesDocument smaller residential projects; prepare working drawings, concept design, and planning drawings from written instructions with a high level of attention to detail.Produce compliant drawings in line with client instructions and Building Code references.Collaborate remotely with project teams and manage documentation efficiently in Revit.QualificationsAt least 5 years' experience in residential drafting (working drawings, concept design & planning drawings).
Solid working knowledge of the NCC.Advanced Revit skills – all documentation is completed in Revit.Ability to work from home using your own Revit 2025 or later.Eligible to work in Australia and available to start immediately.Requirements & DetailsThis is a remote contract position with hours between 15–35 per week, depending on workload.

Hourly rate will be based on experience and qualifications.
