We work together with the members of our community assisting our clients with a variety of transport solutions, including attending medical appointments, social outings and shopping. Our work supports aged and other community members from diverse backgrounds, including people who may be socially isolated.

The Role:
This is a fast-paced and people-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and connection.
You will be:
• Answering phone calls, greeting walk-ins, and supporting referrals from clients and community partners.
• Working closely with staff and volunteers who pop into the office throughout the day.
• Helping coordinate daily, weekly and monthly transport schedules so our clients stay connected to their community.
• Collaborating closely with the Community Transport Team and colleagues across HART Services to ensure smooth communication, shared goals, and the best outcomes for our clients.
Don't worry if you're new to community transport — we'll train you. You'll receive supportive one-on-one training in:
• Our databases and scheduling systems.
• Phone and communication techniques.
• Policies and procedures to guide your work.
