Elders Top End Group seeks a highly skilled and experienced sales representative to join their successful 2024 REINT Branch of the Year. With over 20 years of strong presence in the Darwin market and a rental portfolio of 1,100+ properties, our high-performing team is well-established and well-resourced.
Main Responsibilities
* List, market, and sell residential and rural properties efficiently
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, local knowledge, and consistent results
* Actively participate in branch business development activities to drive growth
* Ensure compliance with professional standards, reporting, and legislative requirements
* Collaborate with the broader network to offer clients integrated solutions
* Maximise promotional opportunities through community engagement, field days, and client events
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A current Real Estate Licence and valid driver's licence (essential)
* Proven experience in fast-paced target-driven sales environments
* A sound understanding of the Darwin property market and surrounding region
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with natural rapport-building abilities
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as AgentBox
