Weekday $26.70 ph, Saturday $33.38 ph, Sunday $40.05 ph

What You'll Do
* Use your barista expertise to craft premium coffee and mentor the team in maintaining our high quality standards
* Oversee daily operations while cultivating a culture of exceptional service and managing eye‐catching display cabinets
* Achieve sales targets, oversee staff performance, and coordinate shift breaks to ensure uninterrupted service
* Uphold rigorous standards for food safety, RSA compliance, and overall workplace regulations at all times
* Serve as the lead contact for both staff and patrons, resolving any concerns with professional composure and efficiency
Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role with the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and a current Driver's Licence with a reliable vehicle
* Current Food Safety Supervisor and RMLV certifications are highly desired for this position
* Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a premium retail coffee experience
* Full flexibility to work a rotation of morning and night shifts with essential weekend work
