A dynamic Head of Product & Delivery is required to lead the strategic and operational direction of a broad product portfolio.
This role centres on unifying product vision, driving commercial outcomes, and leading high-performing cross-functional delivery teams at scale.
What you'll be doing
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Align multiple tribes and delivery groups to a cohesive product strategy focused on growth and profitability.
Translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and actionable product outcomes.
Monitor product performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
What you bring
Proven experience leading product and delivery teams in complex, multi-squad or enterprise environments.
Strong background in product strategy, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership.
Deep understanding of modern delivery methodologies.
Ability to manage and influence ***** product and technical team members.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering digital products, platforms, or large-scale technology programs.
