Job Description
This is a Permanent full-time position with on site parking and flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing teams, as well as interpreting and ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, awards and enterprise agreements.
* Lead the HR and recruitment teams and act as a trusted consultant to the leadership group.
* Provide advice, coaching, guidance and support on performance, disciplinary matters, investigations and terminations.
* Develop, maintain and update relevant policies and procedures.
* Conduct remuneration benchmarking and pay reviews and advise on pay recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources and previous experience in the mining/resources/infrastructure sectors.
* Qualifications in Human Resources - a Degree or Diploma in HR is essential.
* Previous HR Advisor/Snr HR Advisor experience in the mining/resources/infrastructure sectors is essential.
* Strong HR background working with a FIFO blue-collar workforce.
