We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Payroll / Human Resources Officer based in Dandenong.
Our client is a leading manufacturer, operating for over 30 years.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Weekly end to end payroll processing
- Payroll tax
- Superannuation
- Expense management
- Managing new starters and terminations
- Understanding of awards
- Drafting new employee contracts
- Management of apprentices
- Annual leave approvals
- Annual leave journals
- Long Service Leave management
- Staff reimbursements
- Child support payments
- Workers' compensation wages
- Wages journals
**About You**:
- Previous payroll experience, ideally servicing 60+ employees
- Experience with MYOB Advanced People is highly desirable
- Familiarity with EBAs
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable liaising with a diverse range of employees
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Technologically capable
