Post Separation Family Dispute Resolution Manager Role

Join our team as a Post Separation Family Dispute Resolution Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality services aligned with the Family Law Act.

As a senior leader, you will oversee the management of Centacare's integrated family law programs, including the Family Relationship Centre (FRC), Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), Regional Family Dispute Resolution (RFDR), and the Family Law Pathways Network (FLPN).

* Lead the delivery of trauma-informed services that strengthen community partnerships and ensure accountability through direct reporting to the Attorney-General's Department.
* Represent Centacare in regional and national networks, build strategic partnerships, and champion best-practice outcomes for families across North Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have an Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), along with a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or Family Dispute Resolution, and significant experience leading services within family law, social services, or dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee delivery of FRC, FDR, RFDR, and FLPN services across North Queensland.
* Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for a multidisciplinary team.
* Deliver (as required) family dispute resolution services in line with your FDRP accreditation.
* Ensure full compliance with AG's Department reporting, quality, and risk standards.

Requirements:

* Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP).
* Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or Family Dispute Resolution.
* Significant experience leading services within family law, social services, or dispute resolution.
