Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Student based in the Croydon, VIC location. The role involves supporting daily pharmacy operations, assisting customers with their needs, and providing guidance on over-the-counter medications under pharmacist supervision. Responsibilities also include assisting in dispensing prescriptions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with pharmacy procedures, and delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications
* Foundational knowledge in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Pharmaceutical Care
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Enrolled in a Pharmacy degree program and in good academic standing
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
* Prior retail or pharmacy experience is a plus
