The Position
* Guide and lead the team in a fast‑paced bistro environment
* Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day operations
* Maintain a strong focus on delivering an excellent guest experience at all times
* Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage team to ensure high standards of service and efficiency
The Person
* Holds a valid RSA
* Has barista and bar experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, including rostering responsibilities
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
* Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
* Demonstrates a strong safety mindset
* Well‑groomed and professional in appearance
* Brings strong communication skills, high energy, and a goal‑oriented focus to the team
