Experienced Wireline Personnel required for work offshore Victoria, Australia

**About this role**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Wireline Operator/Crew Chief to join our offshore team in the Bass Straits. As a Wireline Operator, you will work under the supervision of a Wireline Engineer and Crew Chief to safely deliver a range of wireline services in an offshore environment. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the client's offshore wellsite supervisor to achieve wireline objectives in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts and offshore inventory, maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication.
- Ensure the safe operation of Wireline Surface pressure control equipment.
- Demonstrate competence in operating a wireline hoist unit, effectively deploying various services in and out of the wellbore.
- Execute assigned duties at the wellsite, following instructions with a high level of safety awareness.
- Possess full Australian work rights.
- Offshore medical/BOSIET certification is preferred.
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
**About you**
- Proven experience as a Wireline Operator or similar role in an offshore environment.
- In-depth knowledge of wireline operations, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in challenging offshore conditions and follow stringent safety protocols.
