As the HR Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead the HR function across two divisions and mentor a capable HR Advisor who's eager to learn and grow.You'll act as a strategic and hands-on partner to a diverse workforce – from manufacturing teams through to corporate and commercial leaders – helping the business strengthen alignment, build leadership capability, and navigate change with confidence.
