This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You'll Do
• Take charge of managing a portfolio of broker relationships to ensure excellent outcomes that support renewal retention and initiatives for securing new business.
• Work autonomously across mid to large accounts
• You'll provide commercially sound, profitable underwriting solutions in line with your delegated authority level
• Be market-facing, confident, and commercially savvy in your approach.
What You'll Bring
• Previous underwriting experience with a strong technical understanding of Liability Insurance
• General Insurance Experience
• Bachelors Degree is desirable
• Experience managing large risks
• A good understanding of sales along with an understanding of the culture associated with broker negotiations
• Excellent relationship-building skills
