Cell Culture Production Specialist
This hands-on role involves operating and troubleshooting large-scale cell culture production processes to deliver consistent high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline. They should also have hands-on experience with production processes at scale, biological, mechanical, or technical aptitude, understanding of process discipline, experience monitoring and recording process data, team player skills, excellent time and project management skills, flexibility for shift work, and exposure to quality and safety systems are beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating and troubleshooting large-scale cell culture production processes
* Monitoring growth, carrying out feed and harvest steps, keeping an eye on performance, and fixing issues as they arise
* Working with equipment and systems to ensure efficient production
* Maintaining accurate records of process data
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline
* Hands-on experience with production processes at scale
