Job Description
* Promoting and selling specialised surgical products across major hospitals in Victoria and Tasmania
* Supporting surgeons and theatre staff with education, training, and clinical case support
* Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, nurses, lab staff, and procurement teams
* Driving product usage and territory growth through a mix of clinical engagement and commercial strategy
* Collaborating closely with the immediate and wider team
* Supporting with regional travel and on-call/after-hours work
The Successful Applicant
* Tertiary qualification in science, nursing, or a related discipline
* 3-4 years of medical device sales experience within a complex surgical field
* Prior theatre exposure is highly regarded
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to work autonomously and strategic territory planning
