House Cleaners Needed
Location: Bethania QLDEmployment Type: CasualShifts: Monday to Friday (minimum 2 hours, maximum 12 hours); Some Saturdays
About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and reliable cleaners for in-house cleaning services, primarily serving NDIS participants. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure participant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general house cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
* Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, with special attention to hygiene and no cross-contamination.
* Use appropriate cleaning products for different surfaces, including hospital-grade disinfectants and specific cleaners for windows, mirrors, floors, and hardwood.
* Handle all cleaning equipment properly, including microfibre cloths, wipes, vacuum, mop, and bucket.
Key Requirements:
* Strict adherence to hygiene standards and prevention of cross-contamination.
* Appropriate use of cleaning products and equipment for various surfaces.
* High standard of overall cleanliness.
* Ability to communicate effectively and ensure participant satisfaction.
* Availability to join the WhatsApp group chat for shift updates and communication.
Equipment Required:
* Microfibre cloths (multiple, no cross-contamination)
* Cleaning wipes (multiple, no cross-contamination)
* Vacuum cleaner
* Mop in good condition
* Hospital-grade cleaning products
* Specific cleaners for windows, mirrors, bleach, hardwood, and tile floors
* Bucket
