Overview:
triniti is partnering with a federal government agency based in Canberra to recruit multiple ServiceNow Software Engineers to support a key platform consolidation and service delivery uplift program. These roles sit within the agency's Platform Management function, responsible for improving the reliability, scalability and governance of core enterprise platforms that support critical business operations.
Noting - the role requires you to be based in Canberra and have an existing baseline security clearance.
Key Duties:
As a ServiceNow Software Engineer, you will be responsible for hands-on technical delivery across the ServiceNow platform, including:
Developing and enhancing solutions across one or more ServiceNow products (ITSM, HRSD and/or CSM)
Working across the full development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, testing, deployment and support)
Writing and maintaining technical documentation and implementation artefacts
Supporting platform BAU including defect resolution, upgrades, patching and performance optimisation
Working closely with stakeholders including product owners, business analysts, architects and operational teams
Delivering secure, scalable solutions in an environment with strong governance, change control and security requirements
You will ideally have the following:
Baseline clearance is a mandatory requirement
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Strong hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow configuration and custom development in enterprise environments
Strong ServiceNow development capability including some of the following: (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer)
Integration experience using REST APIs / web services and authentication mechanisms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously and deliver outcomes to deadlines
ServiceNow Product Certifications (ITSM / HRSD / CSM)
