Fox & Lillie is the company's wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company's rural services business. Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 15 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.

About the Role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Admin / Human Resources Assistant to support our Human Resources Coordinator as well as our wider Admin team.

In this role, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, training coordination, WHS administration and general office duties. You'll play an important part in ensuring our people have a smooth, positive and well-organised experience.

Flexibility is key—at times you may support broader business activities and participate in industry learning, including occasional visits to our regional sites.

What We're Looking For

· Experience in administration or junior HR support (preferred)

· Strong communication skills, great organisation and exceptional attention to detail

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR/WHS systems is an advantage

· A positive, helpful and people-focused attitude

· Tertiary qualifications will be regarded as an advantage

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding activities

· Maintain employee records and support updates within HR systems

· Coordinate training, employee check-ins and general Human Resources tasks

· Provide WHS administration support, including maintaining registers and updating training records

· Support the Admin team with office tasks, documentation and general enquiries

· Assist with HR and WHS projects as required
