Job Title: Claims Specialist - Insurance Expert
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Claims Specialist, where you will play a critical role in delivering high-level technical support to our claims teams. As part of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for overseeing peer reviews for claims and lodgements, providing technical training for new starters, and facilitating refresher training for our claims and lodgements teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and training to Claims teams, Lodgements, and Leaders
* Lead monthly high-level peer reviews for Lodgements and Claims
* Deliver engaging and effective training for new starters, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required
* Maintain and enhance technical training content using tools like PowerPoint and ELMO
* Continuously review and improve claims training to ensure best practices
* Assist Team Leaders in authorising and approving claim payments
* Respond to enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
* Support project development and implementation as needed
* Adhere to policies and procedures to manage risks and ensure compliance
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with experience in Commercial Motor Claims, who has knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations. You should also be a Subject Matter Expert in technical end-to-end Motor Claims.
