The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, managing projects from planning to delivery, and maintaining relationships with key clients.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to enhance market share and capability.
* Lead business development efforts, strengthening ties with existing clients and expanding revenue streams.
* Implement cost control measures across labor, plant utilization, subcontractors, and materials.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to balance commercial growth with disciplined delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and growing networks within TMR, roadworks, and civil infrastructure contacts.
* Establishing clear performance metrics and regular reporting.
* Overseeing end-to-end project delivery: planning, programming, resourcing, plant, and subcontractor management.
